Returns Policy


We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Liliarna Rose purchase if we do not meet your expectations please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

All of our garments are made-to-order and our accessories are handmade. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and we have been unsuccessful in resolving the situation then we will accept returns and a refund will be issued.



Please note that a request for a refund must be made and once authorised by us your item may be returned. Any returns must be sent within 14 days from receiving your order, if you fail to do so you may not be valid for a refund.

All returns must be reported to us via email and we will reply with our returns instructions. Returns should be sent to: Liliarna Rose, Bog Height Road, Darwen, BB3 0LF - Please note that this address is for business purposes only. Any items returned without contacting us first may be exempt from receiving a refund. Items returned must be sent in their original packaging if the item is not damaged it must be in a resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage cost and this will not be refunded to the buyer.

We will email you when we receive your returned item and once approved we will issue your refund. Credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days. Refunds will only include the cost of your items and will not include any postage costs. We cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit. It may be in your best interest to track your parcel so you know that it has arrived safely; lost items will not be refunded.



If your items are damaged, faulty or an error has been made on our behalf then we will accept returns and a refund will be issued. Any items that are damaged we will ask for photo evidence. You have 14 days to return from receiving your order.



We do not accept returns if tags have been removed, garments have been worn or incorrect care has been taken and therefore refunds will not be issued.

Sale and promotional items cannot be returned.



We do not accept exchanges as all of our garments are made-to-order and so you must ensure you select the correct size before you checkout. If you need help with sizing do not hesitate to contact us. In any case please contact us as soon as possible so we are able to work quickly to resolve the situation.



We do not accept cancellations as all of our items are made-to-order and our accessories are handmade. If you need to make alterations/changes to your order you must contact us as soon as possible and we will reply as to whether or not we can comply with your request.
